nope, never while they're in the U.S. National data protection laws do
not apply for someone operating entirely in a different country.

Without trying to response to your scattershot of assertions and attacks, I'll just ask: Where is the IETF meeting in 10 days? And citizens of what continent are most likely be walk-in registrants? And you think that the IETF is not subject to the laws in Europe? Good luck with that....
