It's not quite as bad as you seem to think.  (And yes I realize I too
could be mistaken, about your thoughts.)  Stephane didn't call the
original poster's idea stupid, only the example that the OP used of a
censor to route around.  We've all had to use very simplistic examples
to illustrate a point.  (Though then again, all the more that Stephane
perhaps shouldn't have bothered with that particular comment!)
