The problem is that, IPv6 only server can be reached by IPv4 only clients only through legacy NAT between IPv4 and IPv6, which practically means that IPv6 only servers can offer services which dose not require end to end transparency. So, there is no need to deploy IPv6 merely because it will restore the end to end transparency. On the other hand, with NAT, which can be end to end transparent, IPv4 capable servers can be reached by IPv4 only clients, optionaly with end to end transparency.
