Do you mean broken autoresponders or acronyms like RTCPXNQ? If the former, the esteemed volunteer or secretariat who runs this list can add a couple of lines like 'subject:.*out of office' and 'subject: auto[^ ]**:' to the list in 'privacy options -> spam filters -> bounce matching headers' list. If the latter, I suppose you have to petition the IESG (and please add my name on the petition).
