I second that.  The metro system was excellent; it would be interesting
to know what the closest stop to the hotel is on the metro map:

The nearest metro is Florenc. The nearest exit (Sokolovská) is about 250m from the Hilton Hotel. http://www.csl.cz/en/site/klient/sluzby_kontakty/doprava_na_letiste/do_mhd.htm has suggestions for airport to city centre via bus and metro
Bus to ZLIČÍN followed by metro to Florenc looks convenient.
