It's only an experiment relevant for listmoms and WG Chairs.

Nothing like that other case with about 1,000,000 domains and
a community determined that "extend and embrace" spiced with
"opt-out" isn't what they consider as experimental, especially
if it's known to be technically flawed.

Are mailing list management experiments interesting enough for
a meeting ?  The discussion about "something between 3934 and
3683" didn't start 2006-01-24, it's at least some weeks older.
