Russ did state an explicit course of action for those with
alternatives to DKIM. He asked them to get a specific proposal
together and ask for their own BOF.
I don't know what mail Russ has received, but I know that even though
we have had another IETF meeting since that BOF, no requests were
copied to me for other related BOFs.
