I am the assigned Gen-ART reviewer for this draft. The General Area
Review Team (Gen-ART) reviews all IETF documents being processed
by the IESG for the IETF Chair. Please treat these comments just
like any other last call comments.

Summary:The text as written seems fine and could be published once the comments
from the other reviewers have been addressed.

That said, I have reviewed it only from a GenART perspective and I am not an
expert on the subtleties of IPv6.

However ID-Nits raises an interesting question that should be considered. Is
this an IPv4 only protocol. If so then we are done. If it covers IPv6 then the
two questions arise: should there be an IPv6 example and are there any IPv6
specific issues that need to be addressed.

Major issues:See Summary

Minor issues:None

Nits/editorial comments:None
