The moderators aim to check the list daily, so I personally didn't see these messages until very recently. In future, if anyone wants to flag something to us please use the alias moderators@xxxxxxxx.
Tim McSweeney is the subject of a PR-Action, for which the IESG has directed us to suspend his posting privileges to the IETF list. As this is a case of Tim using a different address, the moderators have agreed to apply that same suspension to the new address. This is now in place.
