Hi David, Thanks a lot for the review and suggestion. draft-hr-spring-intentaware-routing-using-color has just been updated recently. To my understanding draft-hr is a joint effort on describing the use cases and requirements for intent-aware routing, it has been referenced by several intent-aware routing solution documents. Thus we think it is a useful informative reference for readers of the CPR draft. The citation to draft-hr in the operational considerations was just to provide some background information on operator's choices of intent-aware routing mechanisms. It does not provide guidance to the operation of the CPR mechanism. With the above consideration, the authors believe it is better to keep the reference as is.
