Review result: Has Issues

Hello,

Apologies for the delay.

I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors. Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments.

The summary of the review is has issues.

I am not well versed in multicast so this may not be an actual issue. However, I'm not seeing anything that will prevent a replay attack other than the use of IPSec as described in RFC 5796. If this is not an actual concern then this may be disregarded.

HB> I think RFC 5374 has took a stab at this, but it is beyond the scope of this draft.

Best regards,
Chris
