ongoing effort to review key IETF documents. These comments were written

Focusing on determining if there could exist any transport protocol related
issues in this specification I have not found any that falls within the scope
of this document. Relevant question around the application of SR policies and
the packet encapsulation it creates are MTU. However MTU relates on the SR
encapsulation and are shortly discussed as an existing issue in encapsulations
tunnels and mentioned in RFC 9012, although there are no solution to potential
issue other than consideration for applying these BGP tunnels.
