We trust server at wipo.int for their patentscope tool. They have edited the provisional text. Please refer WO/2008/157190. PCT Application number PCT/US2008/066617. The provisional referred in that 60/943,071 is edited by WIPO. I was having both the versions in my browser cache. Khosla ventures and ex-president of USA played dirty game to clean that. There is email from patentscope to clear the cache, which I didn't do. They didn't reply on the reason for asking this. Airtel, Domino, zomato, HDFC Bank, VISA, hushmail, Dr. Vinod Kumar Sinha , Davis hospital, Ranchi, (India)Ranchi public safety all together worked to clean the evidence.
Now USPTO.GOV is modifying the patent text. I wanted to quote first software patent issued to Martin Goetz. in my replying to office Action by USPTO. https://ppubs.uspto.gov/pubwebapp/static/pages/ppubsbasic.html
in the basic search, give inventor name Martin AND inventor name Goetz. It lists 231 enteries. On the 5th page, it lists entry number 230 and 231 for US-3380029-A, patent title "SORTING SYSTEM".Entry No. 228 and 229 show entry for US-3533086-A. What is the reason for duplicate enteries. Sent email to uspto, waiting for response.
We need to do something to check server owners from modifying data. IMHO, till we have technical solution for this, data centers of server owners must be under CCTV camera monitoring.
