I reviewed the 6855-bis ver 03 and the draft has four editorial
issues to fix
(fairly minor). Some texts reference the wrong section number due to a new
section that shift the numbers. The draft is ready after these fixes.
All fixed, I'll upload a -04 when I'm done with my mail in case anyone else
has found treasure. When will that be? I'm afraid August has given me a
nice tan and an email backlog…
