Jumping into this thread after joining Last Call. I fully support the proposed action against Mr. Timothy McSweeny. As others have said, personally, given the documented history of the individual in question and his behavior, it seems to me that a waiver of the 14-day time period is worth considering. I enjoy being on the IETF list(s) for legitimate purposes. When I saw what was posted by him, I was shocked, stunned and saddened. If someone wants to engage in locker room talk or goad others into arguing, that’s fine. But this isn’t the venue for it.
