Summary: This draft is yet another method for bootstrapping DNSSEC so that a
parent zone obtains the child zone DNS keys in a trusted manner. It deprecates
the bootstrapping scheme from RFC 8078. There are a few nits in the document,
but otherwise it appears fine. [Ready with Nits]

Major issues: None

Minor issues: None

Nits/editorial comments:

General: Add a comma after all occurrences of "i.e." and "e.g.". The current
usage is inconsistent in the draft.

Page 4, 1st full paragraph: change "in-bailick" to "in-bailiwick".

Page 13, section 9: insert "and" before "Paul Hoffman".
