This mailing list was supposed to have been created at the time of publication for RFC9519.  That did not occur.  In the last few days that oversight was corrected.  See https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/ssh-reg-review.  That new list is now also listed in https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo.

For those waiting for that list, thanks for your patience.  In addition, thank you to Peter Yee and Markus Stenberg who are serving as the designated experts for the registries that will be discussed on this list.
