... the Independent Submissions Editor would like to remind the 
community that the 1st of April is right around the corner.  If you 
would like to submit something that you think is humorous, you can drop 
the RFC Editor a note (rfc-editor@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx).  Those interested 
should not post drafts to the tracker (this is that rare exception!).  
Join the ranks of those who offered us the likes of avian networking, 
the evil bit, and many other great advances!  Be the one of the few, the 
proud, the people who sometimes get accidentally taken seriously!
