Reviewer: Steve Hanna
Review result: Ready

I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing
effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments
were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors. Document
editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call
comments.

The summary of the review is: Ready

Although I am not familiar with the domain of network measurement, the document
is clear and easy to understand.

>From what I can see, this is a valuable but not complex addition to two
well-established network measurement protocols: OWAMP and TWAMP. The security
analysis in the specifications for those protocols seems to apply here just as
well. I do not see any substantial unaddressed security issues in this document
or in the earlier ones.
