I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing
effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG.  These
comments were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors.
Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other
last call comments.

This Standards Track draft, which obsoletes RFC 7125, fixes the IP Flow
Information Export (IPFIX) registry and references the TCP Headers Flags
registry in order to prevent overlooked stale flag values in the future.

The security considerations section does exist and states that this draft
does have stronger language than 7125 in regards to TCP control bits, but
exporters have to report all control bits regardless if they are known or
unknown.  The section continues with the statement that this draft does
not add additional security considerations beyond IPFIX (RFC 7011).  I
agree with both of these assertions.

General comments:

An update to the revision, I like it.
Thank you for Appendix A.
