Reviewer: Brian Haberman
Review result: Ready with Issues

I am an assigned INT directorate reviewer for draft-ietf-core-sid. These
comments were written primarily for the benefit of the Internet Area Directors.
Document editors and shepherd(s) should treat these comments just like they
would treat comments from any other IETF contributors and resolve them along
with any other Last Call comments that have been received. For more details on
the INT Directorate, see https://datatracker.ietf.org/group/intdir/about/.

Major Issues:

Minor Issues:

1. I am a little concerned about interoperability given the existing use of
YANG modules without identifiers. I would have liked to have seen a section in
the document that explicitly talks about interoperability and any guidance that
may help with such challenges.

Nits:

1. I agree with Stephen's comment that "identifiers" is a bit nebulous and
would benefit from some clarifying text.

2. I agree with Linda's comment about the unfortunate use of the SID acronym.
