Dear all people whose mail clients I have confused, I have some minor editorial comments. I looked at the draft out of idle curiosity and spotted that the parameter alpha used in the exponential smoothing isn't specified, but is described in a reference marked as informative. IMHO numbers essential to the RFC's implementation should be in the RFC.
