The services at www.ietf.org/rfcdiff and www.ietf.org/tools/idnits will
begin redirecting to iddiff and idnits at
https://author-tools.ietf.org
within the next couple of weeks.
The datatracker has been using idnits at author-tools for some time, and
will begin using iddiff at author-tools in the next release.
These changes move us off of some older (requires python2.7) glue
between the webserver and the services.
Please report any issues encountered with the services in their new
location at https://github.com/ietf-tools/ietf-at-ui/issues/ or by
sending mail to tools-discuss@xxxxxxxx.
