It's a scope. A context. That implies an encompassing state, so in Venn diagram sense it's a domain yes. But the name of this domain is not the same as it being a domain name inside our ontology of meaning

The point I'm trying to make is that HTTP is a domain name with no specific location and I wanted to see what the people on this list thought of that premise.
