These statistics strongly suggest that the IETF moderation effort is working pretty well. Moderation occurs only rarely, and presumably targets the most egregious cases. In all cases except one, an initial warning from the moderators was sufficient for the offending individual to change their behavior, without additional actions by the moderators. In my view, these statistics suggest that the IETF moderation effort has considerable room to be even more aggressive, (or, perhaps more accurately, less passive). -tjs
