Summary:

This is an awesome document.  It's also very well written.  It explains
both the ethos and the organisational facets of an IETF hackathon,
capturing every bit of wisdom amassed in a 7 years period -- 2/7 of
which through pandemic.

I'd like to take the occasion to publicly thank Charles for all the work
he's done since IETF 92: your contribution to the IETF community has
been immense.  Thanks you!
