Zulip for the IETF has been fully deployed and is ready for use now and 
at IETF 114. Streams for all of the groups have been created.

We plan for MeetEcho to use Zulip as the back-end for its chat window at 
114. The associated zulip streams will be bridged to jabber for this 
meeting.
