Michael: +1 on the reviewes etc: I would like to see tracking of reviews people do on their DT pafges. Shouldn't be too difficult to tool: Start a thread with some appropriate title, including draft name, IETF mailer attaches URLs of the thread to some new sub-page of your DT page. Something like this. Also, there are several triple-chairs. Maybe that is the most easy starting point to create more diversity.
