I took a look at github's community guidelines:

and at their AUP:

They are really generic, with nothing surprising or unusual.  If we insist on doing stuff that
breaches those rules, I think that says something really unfortunate about us.

To reinforce Phill's point, github is not facebook, and I am not worried that bots will
kick people out due to mentioning a kill -9 command.
