Well, TERM isn't a WG (yet), and its creation is AFAIK still in doubt, and now is the appropriate time to debate the charter and the wisdom of creating the group at all.

TERM is now of the seventh revision of its WG charter. Do comment before it reaches its eighth.

Well, IOTOPS had 18, but ~14 of those were simply fighting with a (now fixed) bug that rendered lists in a funny format...
