We should fix the links in the datatracker, since that ftp link
stopped working a long time ago. The archives for that list are
available with all of the other lists, either via the IMAP server
or the general mail and rsync archives, e.g.:

https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/browse/static/idn/thread/2003/

rsync://rsync.ietf.org/mailman-archive/idn
