For information, about the URLs in the References section, and about IP.

Using an IPv6-only http client computer (IPv4 unchecked on Windows 10, Ethernet interface properties, no other iface active) to browse the URLs in the References section.

All IETF URLs responded ok.

In the Informative references sub-section the [GERMAN-DP] reference did not respond.  <http://www.bfdi.bund.de/SharedDocs/Publikationen/

I was happy to see that other than IETF URLs like RIPE, FRITZ and UK-NOF did respond ok.

(I suppose that my suggestion is to maybe make these URLs also visible in an IPv6 network, in addition to IPv4)

I'm afraid this is not under our control.

Thanks,
