Hopefully, that document isn't in violent disagreement from the answer the
original poster would get if they asked on the NANOG list.  Has OPS/MIB had
better luck in cross-pollinating with the NANOG crew than the IETF as a whole?
It's traditionally  been a weak spot of ours (although there's a few people who
are highly visible in both fora - you guys know who you are, and thanks.. ;)
