I'll note that you're not the one who's trying to get roaming Internet access in Wales like Ted is, or having to find ways to provision an OC-12 in the more remote parts of Appalachia (we bit the bullet and started our own long-haul network provider), or having to deal with what passes for a telco in most of Africa, as some readers almost certainly are. You're not having to catch and drop a *billion* spams a day like the guys at AOL or MSN/Hotmail (my hats off to them - that's quite an engineering feat).
