that's the person who tries to articulate ISOC-wide policy where this seems merited.
And though Vint , I certainly understand ISOC's general reluctance to get directly involved in a specific national legislative issue ..this is a large enough public policy problem for Mike Nelson to be involved in with, of course, the support of the ISOC Board.
The question is then directed to our distinguished Chair of the Borad of Trustees of ISOC ... Fred ..is this a issue ISOC should be directly involved in and directly lobby Congress on...?
And Fred let me say .. since I live in the National Capital Region I'd be delighted to help if additional hands were needed.
