Power outage on some IETF lists' host

The site hosting ops.ietf.org, subip.ietf.org, psg.com and various WG 
mailing lists is without connectivity because of a storm and a resulting 
power failure.

We do not yet know when they will be available again, but under the 
circumstances, it could take some time.
