draft-ietf-dccp-simul-open-05 is now ready.

I have recently submitted draft-ietf-dccp-simul-open-05, which I believe 
now resolves all comments received to date, and includes formatting 
corrections. I suggest this document is now ready for a WGLC. Please do 
send any comments/questions to me, or via the dccp list.

This draft is cited as a normative reference in 
draft-ietf-behave-dccp-03.txt (now in LC).
