Ah, OK.

This is the other way round, a single SC can be used with multiple ports (i.e. registered with at most one, but used with several dynamic ports if needed). I've tidied the text:

"A specific Service Code value MAY be associated with one server port registered with IANA, and/or MAY be associated with one or more server ports in the dynamic range."
