Thanks! Are you refering to Tom's observations on self-limiting sources vs
greedy sources? Or some other work? I will look again. See my other reply
for a remedy of this problem, though. Or, perhaps my fix has implications
that I am not aware of right now...? I did try with enabling the VoIP mode
of TFRC (I found it available in ns-2.28), it gives too steady rate I
think, on the cost of too much delay.
