Abstract:
This memo describes how to do IN-ADDR.ARPA delegation on any non-
octet boundary, and how to consolidate reverse DNS for multiple
address blocks into one zone.
It also clarifies the behaviour of dynamic reverse DNS UPDATE
clients.
