In the "desired expertise" writeup for the O&M AD at this link: https://datatracker.ietf.org/nomcom/2015/expertise/ we had provided the description for the wrong part of the O&M area. The AD whose slot is open is the Management AD, not the Operations AD, and the link to the expertise should be http://trac.tools.ietf.org/group/iesg/trac/wiki/ManagementExpertise This has now been corrected, including changing the title of the position from "Operations AD" to "Management AD".
