The draft was previously last called and underwent IESG evaluation in 2013. The last call is being repeated due to the normative downward reference, and due to the fairly significant changes since that evaluation. The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final comments on this action. Please send substantive comments to the ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2015-07-13. Abstract This memo describes an RTP payload format for the VP8 video codec.
