Its charter can be found here: http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/anima/trac/wiki/Design%20Team%20Charter To summarize, the DT will analyze issues and propose a combined approach to the ANIMA requirement for discovery and negotiation mechanisms that enable closed-loop interaction between autonomic nodes.
