Abstract:
The present document defines a new kind of certificate suited for
constrained environments. This new kind of certificate is intended
to be used in Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Datagram Transport
Layer Security (DTLS) in combination with Constrained Application
Protocol (CoAP).
