Abstract:
This memo proposes that H.264/AVC be selected as the mandatory-to-
implement (MTI) video codec for RTCweb due to is Adoption Advantage,
Quality-Power-Bandwidth advantage, Hardware Acceleration Advantage
and Well-established IPR Status.
