IAB approves publication of "IETF and ITU-T Standardization Sector Collaboration Guidelines" as an Informational RFC

The IAB has approved publication of “IETF and ITU-T Standardization Sector Collaboration Guidelines” as an Informational RFC in the IAB Stream.  ITU-T TSAG has agreed to the text.
