This document defines how to use ICC-based Multiprotocol Label
Switching Transport Profil(MPLS-TP) identifiers for proactive
connectivity verification (CV) analogous to RFC 6428. New TLVs are
defined to support proactive CV based on identifiers following ITU-T
conventions.
