Selection of the 2008-9 Nominating Committee Membership

The random selection of the nomcom has been performed.
The results are:

serving.  The community has, as specified in RFC 3777, one week to raise
issues with the selection.
Assuming that no problems are found, or that problems are properly
resolved, the committee will begin its work on September 8.
