UTF8SMTP is an extension of SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
allowing the use of UTF-8 in the SMTP envelope for EAI (Email Address
Internationalization) and message headers. This memo discusses the
consequences for SPF (Sender Policy Framework).
