This document describes an optional extension for DCCP congestion-
control CCIDs that are based on TCP-Friendly Rate Control (TFRC).
The extension improves the accuracy of parameter estimation at the
TFRC receiver, by periodically communicating the (more precise) RTT
estimate available at the sender.
